As a Digital Content Lead, you will be responsible for creating and managing high-quality content across various digital channels, including our website, social media, email, and other online platforms.
You will work closely with the brand and marketing team, product team, and other stakeholders to create compelling content that aligns with our brand messaging and business objectives. You will also collaborate with a team of content strategists and ensure that all content is delivered on time, on brand, and on budget.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a content strategy that supports our business objectives and targets our audience.
- Manage the creation and distribution of high-quality content across various digital channels, including our website, social media, email, and other online platforms.
- Collaborate with a team of relevant team members and ensure that all content is delivered on time, on brand, and on budget.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify content gaps and opportunities, and provide insights to the marketing team and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team, product team, and other stakeholders to create compelling content that aligns with our brand messaging and business objectives.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar that outlines the content themes, formats, and distribution channels.
- Manage the content production process, including ideation, research, writing, editing, proofreading, and publishing.
- Ensure that all content is SEO-friendly, mobile-friendly, and accessible to all audiences.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of content across various digital channels, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and apply them to our content strategy.
